This Solar Hot Water system will provide a daily average of 50 gallons of domestic hot water. A 16-tube evacuated-tube collector as used on this installation is especially well-suited for colder climates; the vacuum inside the tubes serves to reduce the amount of heat loss to the outdoor environment. An 80-gallon storage tank complements the collector.
