I was impressed with the attention to detail, professionalism, and meticulousness with which Earth Energy Innovations installed the solar water heating system so that functionally and aesthetically the entire installation is of top quality. I was impressed by the level of skill and knowledge that the contractor exhibited in plumbing, electrical, construction, solar technology, etc. to successfully pull off a job like this. I also appreciate the level of communication that I recieved from Earth Energy. If some paperwork was delayed or the contractor needed to change an appointment or whatever, he notified me in a timely fashion. He also would give occasional, courtesy-updates on the ordering of materials, communications with the township, applications for rebates, etc. without being asked. I have never had a contractor give so much attention to keeping me informed. Since I was fascinated by the technology and wanted to learn about the system, I asked a lot of questions, and was present during much of the installation to the point where I may have been a pest. The contractor was extremely good natured about all of this and took the time to answer questions and demonstrate aspects of the system with as much detail as I desired. Throughout, the contractor clearly presented the options, consulted with me about decisions, provided information and guidance to aid with decisions, and made sure that I was happy with the results. I can recommend this contractor without reservation. If I ever add solar electric, I will call Earth Energy Innovations.
